You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.
Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund and you may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.

Don’t worry, this exfoliator is gentle and won’t strip your skin of moisture, as it protects and strengthens your skin whilst it works! 93.9% Natural Formula, Cruelty-Free, Alcohol-Free, Fragrance-Free, Vegan-Friendly. How do I use the Apple AHA Exfoliating Gel? Apply a thin and even layer to clean, dry skin. Massage into skin for 20-30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use twice a week for best results. Warnings: This product contains an AHA that may increase your skin’s risk of sunburn and UV exposure. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure after using this product and for up to a week afterward. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Patch testing before use is advised. Keep out of reach of children. Glycolic Acid: Small and easily absorbed into your skin, Glycolic Acid exfoliates the skin to reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation, blemishes, and signs of ageing. How to recycle: Remove the lid from the tube. Wash out the tube and dry. Both our lids and tubes are 100% recyclable so can be disposed of in your domestic recycling.
