Japanese streetwear veterans NEIGHBORHOOD and BAPE have carved a place with their own signature motifs and strong recognizable graphic hits, pushing that very design hat’ve painstakingly crafted into their three-way collaboration with adidas. Bearing their mark on two forthcoming silhouettes — the POD 3.1 and NMD STLT — each arrives in monochrome palettes characteristic of Shinsuke Takizawa’s biker-influenced edge. The former model, which rarely sees collaborations in the grander Sub, dons split tooling of white along the lateral and black on the medial as the iconic camo print and crossbones logo subtly imprint themselves throughout the synthetic upper.
