While his footwear line isn’t anywhere near the same league as his friend and mentor Kanye West, Pusha T has still cemented himself as one of the Three Stripe brand’s most influential artists. Considering he’s still in the infant stages of his journey with adidas, we’re expecting some big things ahead.
It should be no surprise that the Chicagoan’s next adidas collab is on the revived Ozweego, after debuting the cocain-colored “Nose Candy Mandy” at Coachella earlier this year. His retail release, however, is a little more market appropriate, donning a familiar feel that’s owned by a high fashion house of Italy. The materials used give a premium feel, too, opting for a thick-cut mesh upper, buttery soft smooth and tumbled leathers on the tongue and overlay, and dualrod suedes and neoprene at the heel. Three Stripe ribbon branding, green liners, and black piping give the aforementioned Gucci vibe, while an all-beige adiPRENE boot unit completes the design.
