Jordan officially announced this year’ recipients of the WINGS scholarship; this Class of 2023, with an especially emotive video (below). Selected from a vast pool of applicants who identify as local leaders in school and in their community, and who also align with the principle of the program, the lucky 27 will commence their college journeys as early as this year.
Michael Jordan himself understood the power of education, and even after a stellar two years in the NBA, he ensured that he would complete his college degree, which he did in 1986.
