Though there is undeniable love for the OG High model, the late Peter Moore’s original Mike Bibby shooting in the Air Jordan sail 2011 Quick Fuse design was made for hoopers who loved the low-cut. Naturally, it quickly became more of a lifestyle option than a hardwood heater, and undoubtedly the more preferred option when compared to the redesigned Jordan sail 1 Low that floods the market on a weekly basis. Now, after recently surfacing in “UNC” and “Stage Haze” colorways, a new option has joined the lineup for 2022, and it’s dubbed the Mike Bibby shooting in the Air Jordan sail 2011 Quick Fuse OG “Mystic Navy”
Seemingly derived from the original “Royal” color scheme of 1985, the release works with a near-identical two-tone setting across its upper. Here, though, the titular hue replaces royal blue, and — from this first look – appears to be delivered in nubuck. Black panels stick to traditional leathers, as do the tongues, liners, and laces. Underfoot is reminiscent of the OG release, too, with a simple white and blue unit sitting beneath to big the design.
