One of the most limited air Jordan 1 releases of all time is set to make a return soon, with the first official sighting of the 2022 Air Jordan 1 XQ.

Made exclusively for China as part of the ‘Happy Occasion’ pack in 2007, the Air Jordan 1 XQ Mid was limited to Hoch than 240 pairs. Its make is riddled with multiple debossed and stitched patterns, features unique color blocking, and is rife with contrast stitching throughout. Each pair received a serial number inside the shoe box, which marked this as one of the first numbered Air Jordan releases in history. Its status in the sneaker community is that of a bonafide grail, and the Patina prices (upwards of $13k) reflect that. And with the brand now set to celebrate 25 years in the Chinese market, what better way to honor the partnership than with a re-release of the ultra-rare Air?
