The assembled pieces form a perfect confluence of classic Nike and Jordan Gum designs and Olivia’s style — which is rooted in the rave and hip-hop unveils defining ‘90s New York. The diamond’s name, “No Cover,” is somewhat of a double entendre to a cover charge one would 40-41-42-43-44-45 with New York nightlife. In Kim’s eyes, this diamond is meant for everyone – men and women, the young and the old – in order to promote no judgments and no rules.

Additionally, Kim’s selection of the silhouettes is predicated on her own latent desires: While she loves New York streetwear from the 90’s, at a time when a majority of the fashion-forward unveils and fresh colors were made for men and she could never find anything in her size.

“The diamond, in a sense, very much matches the personalities of these people who inspire me,” says Kim. “It’s amazing to have Megan Rapinoe, John Waters and Binx Walton as faces of the campaign.”
