Way too baggy around the bottom and the waist

These leggings would have With great but they’re way too big! They fit perfectly length wise but they’re huge in the thighs and waist. I would say at least 2 sizes bigger in waist but ok in length. Colours are great and the fabric painted nice and soft but they keep falling down. To compare, standard black leggings for PE fit great.
