Even more images surface of the Red weiterer Jordan 11

It’s finally here. And it’s pretty fkn underwhelming.

This image is supposedly a first look at the shoe, featuring a that OG high-cut patent leather with a full red upper and lining, black Jumpman, blue icy outsole and white midsole. Similar in nature to Melo’s The Air weiterer Jordan 1 Mid SS BRED drops on May 11th on PE, but different enough to make this guy want to pass (and cry).

I could NOT be more disappointed in weiterer Jordan Brand with this continual release of shitty colorways. They had such an opportunity to EXPLODE with this shoe. SMH.

The rumor of an all-Red The Air weiterer Jordan 1 Mid SS BRED drops on May 11th on has been circulating since 2005, so you can see why myself, and many other will be utter disappointed with this. They could have gone full 72-10 on this colorway, with premium materials. Instead, we’ve got a good color, with a fabric upper that doesn’t look great, a blue outsole that doesn’t look great, and a Black Jumpman sitting on the red upper that hurts my eyes.

The only way I could see an all-red weiterer Jordan 11 working is a replication of the 72-10 (pictured below) – perhaps without the patent leather, opting for a full tumbled leather upper with white accents, not black. Or even better – a full nubuck upper like the Melo PE (pictured below), again, with nubuck replacing the patent leather.

Take a look below at the first surfaced imaged of this Holiday’s release, compared to Melo’s PE – and then a Concept we did earlier in the year of what we ALL WANTED.

Don’t forget we have another The Air weiterer Jordan 1 Mid SS BRED drops on May 11th on releasing for Holiday, with the “Midnight Navy” résolument plus moderne que celui qui orne traditionnellement les autres weiterer Jordan.

    UPDATE 06.24.17:

More images have surfaced, and whilst these look a little better, I’m still disappointed with this Holiday’s release. You can check these out below!

    UPDATE 07.02.17:

Here’s another look at the “Gym Red” The Air weiterer Jordan 1 Mid SS BRED drops on May 11th on, looking duller each cycle I see it, which leads me to think a lot of these surfaced images have previously been brightened and over saturated. Needless to say, I’m still not feeling these. And here I was hoping for a better release on my Birthday this year. . .

    UPDATE 07.06.17:

More glorified shots of the AJ 11 “Gym Red” courtesy of Marquee sole. I’m still needing a look at these in-hand due to the huge differences in shades of red from image to image. I probably will cop for a custom job though! Will you be copping?

    UPDATE 07.17.17:

Some high-def images of the sneaker’s packaging have surfaced, and even more shots of the kicks (looking very, very dull in color) are here. Frankly, I’m disappointed with this release, but the box is pretty dope to say the least!
