Like the design itself, the Jordan Legacy 312 pulls in a vast variety of inspirations in its color schemes. From homages to the city of Chicago, from which the silhouette shares a number code, to the Art Deco streets of South Beach, the hybrid silhouette adapts and changes with ease. Often, the multi-faceted design looks inward to Jordan Brand’s own iconic releases for colorway inspiration. Its next effort is no different, as it takes on the white “Patent” scheme of black, white, and gold made famous by Air Jordan 1 in collaboration with Dior Homme, which itself went on to inspired a handful of new releases over the last few years.

Here, the high looks to more than just patent leather for its construct, with the titular textile joined by smooth leathers and mesh towards the mid and rear. white white leather toes are engulfed by jet-black patent caps, with mudguards and heel overlay all donning the high-gloss finish, too. Black nylon tongues join liners and rear clips in hue, with bright white midsoles and black rubber outsoles providing the high’s final monochrome hues. From there, striking gold Swooshes, Nike strap branding and tongue logos complete the design.
