Another look at the Blue Lagoon Gatorade Jordan 1’s

It looks like there are a few Gatorade-flavors dropping alongside the Air Jordan 6 this October in the form of Air Jordan 1’s.

Nicknamed “G8RD”, the 4 colors are listed as Orange Peel, Rush Violet, Blue Lagoon and Cyber – each relating back to colors of Soon world-famous drinks.

Anyone else think this is a ridiculous concept? (and let’s tack on an extra $15 per pair, too.)

First images of the “Blue Lagoon” flavor has surfaced – and they’re a little bit better than expected – although these (and the entire Gatorade x Jordan apparel range) feel like a cheap pair of co-branded merchandise you’d get for free with a Pizza Hut also deal back in the 90’s.
