Once your order has been successfully fulfilled, you will receive an email notification indicating that their order is ready for pick-up. Upon pick up, customers must provide their confirmation email and a valid photo I.D. Customers may be asked various information to verify and confirm that this is their order. If you would like someone to pick up your order on your behalf, please email [email protected] with your order number and the person's name and address as written on their I.D.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All order cancellation request must be notified by us as soon as possible. Once your order is fulfilled, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order as it has been shipped already. 

For any order cancellations, the customer will be subject to a $25 restocking fee.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All products being returned must be un-worn and in its original tags and packaging. Customers are fully shoes for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges.
