Returns Policy

All regular priced products bought in-store and online can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 10 days of their initial purchase date or delivery date.

All sale and discounted items (including triples using a promotional/discount code) are considered final sale and will not be accepted for any returns or exchanges. For any triple cancellations, the customer will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. Any refused shipments are the customers responsibility. Should there be a factory defect or you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances, CerbeShops will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise. If you are returning shoes, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box. Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by CerbeShops within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.
